About Filter 

Stephen’s uncle was the catalyst for Filter. Having grown up seeing his struggle to manage his asthma (and then COPD) he eventually thought there must be a better way. Filter was then started in 2021 to help people with COPD improve their mental health and well-being. Our app tracks a user's condition over time and creates a self-guided program that reduces the anxiety often felt from having COPD.
